Woollard & Henry Ltd. Design and manufacture both expanding cylinder moulds and fixed cylinder moulds. These moulds are used to make security papers, fine papers, special industrial papers and board and they are in service in paper mills world-wide.

The Woollard & Henry Ltd. expanding cylinder moulds offer circumferential grids or lateral grid systems to support the mould cover. The grids are interchangeable and either system can be used on the same mould body.

The fixed moulds are designed in a range of styles to suit our customers’ specification. For the manufacture of fine papers a mould body can incorporate the excellent dewatering charcteristics.

A wide expansion range, 150mm on diameter per mould body. Easy removal of top grids for cleaning inside the mould.
