Continued....... Our plain wove dandy rolls up to 1800 mm diameter come in both stainless steel and phosphor bronze. We are able to recover wove rolls ofany diameter using diagonal seam. Our laid dandy rolls can be produced in either chain or plate laid. Chain laids can be produced in either stainless steel or phosphor bronze up to 1200 mm diameter. Plate laids at present can be produced up to 450 mm, but we are investing in technology to increase this. For watermarking we produce both line marks and embossed/shadow marks specialising in high quality intricate designs. We pride ourselves in our ability to respond quickly to customer’s requirements and holding to delivery dates. All our dandy rolls can be produced up to 9 meters in length.

Woollard and Henry’s core business is the production of dandy rolls, we produce:- Helical rolls in phosphor bronze or stainless steel, diameters from 330 mm to 1800 mm and up to 7.5 meters in length. Punched rolls from a minimum diameter of 150 mm. Sleeve rolls, featuring cover stretch rings and reusable watermarked covers, especially suited to small tonnage orders. Wove covers in phosphor bronze and stainless steel in a wide range of mesh sizes, with straight or diagonal seams. Bespoke chain and plate laid rolls in a variety of metals. SPECIAL FEATURES Our rolls have been used for the manufacturing of a wide range of paper and board brands, from cigarette paper to the heaviest boards.
